Algeria
Algeria is a country in Northwest Africa bordered by Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Niger, Mauritania and Western Sahara. The main seaports are Alger, Skikda (largest by TEU), Arzew, Oran, Djen-Djen, Mostaganem and Bejaia. Ports are managed by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport. The government has expansion plans but remians overshadowed by Morocco’s Tanger Med Port Complex.
