Kazakhstan
Kazakhstan is a country in Central Asia, on the Northeast shores of the Caspian Sea, South of Russia and West of China. Its main Caspian posts are Aktau and Kuryk. Both ports are under development as the country seeks a role as a transit hub for cargo travelling between Asia and Europe. It is also interested in developing trade with other littoral Caspian Sea states.
