Málaga

Málaga is a seaport in southern Spain on the Mediterranean coast. the port is operated by Autoridad Portuaria de Málaga (APM – Port Authority of Málaga) and promoted by associate company Málagaport S.L. The range of goods passing through the port ranges from solid bulk such as those from the cement group, agri-foodstuffs, aggregates and biomass, passing through liquid bulk such as olive and sunflower oils, hydrocarbons and molasses, and ending with general merchandise, Ro-Ro cargo, imported vehicles and containerized merchandise, all of them covering commercial routes of the Mediterranean and Atlantic arch. It also has a developing cruise ship business. State ports are managed by Puertos del Estado which executes port policy of the government; made up of 28 port authorities that manage the 46 ports.
